On the eve of World Environment Day we planted the first seed of our organization HeeAL this was not just a organization but also
a dream to serve the mankind and so we gathered our hand together with a smile to serve the humanity.
HeeAL is an acronym for “Health and environmental Educational
Association for lacked women and child”
The Sprit of the origination was defined with a slogan “Sabse Pahaley Desh” means “Nothing before My Country” and accordingly we started with a core philosophy of the organization contained in five core division .

The E.C Manages all the Program of the organization, organized throughout Country. Secretary is the chief functionary of E.C. The E.C meets bimonthly to review the progress and plan for future.The E.C is directly answerable to the General body. The meetings of general body call by E.C to discuss any important agenda In every state we are or will be operating with the help of the following structural team HeeAL State representative (S.R) -Responsible for representing the organization in the state, to apply, approve for the projects after approval from E.C and to manage the state team. HeeAL Advisory panel (A.P) - Comprises of renounced persons in the different field as a “key persons” responsible for the expert comments and advice for the project in their respective field. HeeAL Project Coordinator (P.C) - Responsible for the application, approval processing of the project in their respective divisions, compiling the data of the project as per the organization module. HeeAL Working committee (W.C) - Responsible for the subject related specialty to execute processing of a project appointment of S.W and supervision of the work HeeAL Social workers (S.W) - Responsible for the execution of the work on grassroots level by survey, field work, and reporting HeeAL as a philanthropic society organization stands to uphold the mission of human resource development, particularly of the socially Marginalized and disadvantaged rural communities. We exists to facilitate creation of opportunities of gainful development for the community especially vulnerable sections ensuring enriched environment, sustainable livelihoods, improved quality of life and good human values. The mission shall be accomplished through development, research, empowerment of community, effective use of resource, extension of appropriate technologies, up-gradation of skills and capabilities |
